Can I make changes to my appointment?

Yes, you can make changes to your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments.

What areas do you serve?

LemonTidy serves the Fox Valley and the Western Suburbs of Chicago. This includes neighborhoods like Naperville, Wheaton, and St. Charles.

How do you ensure quality in your cleaning services?

We maintain high standards by conducting regular quality checks and gathering feedback from our clients. Our commitment to excellent service ensures your office remains consistently clean and welcoming.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Our cleaning professionals will supply all products unless requested specifically.

What does a satisfaction guaranteed means?

If you're not satisfied, we will scheduled a reclean (with a five day window) and clean what we missed at zero additional cost. If you're still not satisfied, a full refund will be given.

What should I do to prepare for a house cleaning appointment?

To help us clean your home efficiently, please declutter areas you'd like us to clean and secure any valuable or fragile items. No additional preparation is required; leave the rest to us!

Can I trust your cleaners?

All of our cleaning professionals are interviewed and background checked. Less than 15% of the people interviewed pass our high-level standards we set.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home! You can provide us with instructions on how to access your home and any specific areas you'd like us to focus on. Your home and privacy are our top priorities.

How is my billing information stored?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
